How to Set Your Browser to Remember Tabs After Exit

Even reliable browsers crash sometimes and you can lose all your open tabs. But you can make the browser automatically open the same tabs you had open when it crashed.

If you tend to have a lot of tabs open while you’re working, being able to open the same tabs after closing your browser is useful. Browsers are generally stable, but they can also crash sometimes. Having your browser automatically open the same tabs the next time you start the browser can save you time and frustration.

You can open recently closed tabs even after closing and reopening your browser. However, you can also automatically re-open the tabs you had open before closing the browser. We’ll show you how for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
